Project Linus 2016 Holiday Craft Bazaar…

On Saturday, November 12, 2016 The North Bay Chapter of Project Linus “opens the doors” for its Annual Holiday Craft Bazaar…project-linus-craft-faire-2016

I offer a few images from last year’s event to tempt and entice you to stop by.  Click on any image to start the photo gallery…

The North Bay Chapter in Petaluma has created and delivered 12,954 blankets since the chapter was founded.

The mission of Project Linus is “..to provide love, a sense of security, warmth and comfort to children who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need. We do this by giving them gifts of new, handmade blankets and afghans, lovingly created for Project Linus by volunteer blanketeers. The Blanketeers are part of our mission, as well: we seek to provide a rewarding and fun service opportunity for interested individuals and groups in local communities, for the benefit of children.”

Ah…November! Holidays & Voting For Measure Y

Tis the start of the Holiday Season…but first we must get past the elections… 😦

Admittedly, this has been a particularly distasteful Presidential Campaign and I understand this sentiment…

However, it is imperative that we participate by voting!!

Remember, there are other items on the ballot than who should be President. No matter where you live there are many down ticket items for you to consider!  For example, here in Sonoma County there is Measure Y to support our public libraries…

Please vote YES on Measure Y!!

YES ON Y!

YES ON Y!
